Autumnal Touch

Mobile Massage Therapy in Northwest Arkansas

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist aiming to use my understanding of the myofascial system to ease chronic tension and promote functional balance to a diverse collection of humans in need.

Welcome

A Few Words about Me

My name is Autumn Doyle and I am a Northwest Arkansas resident whose interest in the healing power of touch led me to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. My license is viewable via the official Arkansas Department of Health’s Message Therapy portal as license number 1617407.

Throughout my education and work experience I have become well-versed in giving therapeutic massage to a variety of body types with different needs and considerations. I have learned (and continue to study) a series of massage therapy specialties, including Myofascial release, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Reflexology, and targeted sessions for working on specific problems such as TMJ, pseudo sciatica, numbness, referred pain, etc. I am excited to continue adding new services for my clients as I continue my journey into physical therapy practices.

My goal as a massage therapist is to work with you over time to soften hypertonic muscles and encourage movement in locked tissue to help ease chronic tension and diminish pain. Depending on the problem you face I can leave you with “homework” such as stretches or exercises that have been effective at addressing similar issues in others. If I am unable to help you with the techniques I currently posses, my Mentor, Adelheid Gloschat, a MMT (Master Massage Therapist of 35 years) is available for consultation.

In order to provide care I will need a minimum of 7×10 feet of indoor space to set my table up in. If less space is available, chair massage, while more limited, can still be very helpful in performing functional stretches and targeted work in the upper body. I will do my best to support you in your healing journey, but please consider this, your progress is also dependent upon whether you show up for yourself and put in the work daily; consistency matters. Even 15 minutes makes a huge difference in your overall well-being.

As a mobile therapist I can bring the benefits of massage to the everyday human trying to live their best life. I imagine that there are people who are interested in investing in self care like massage, yet are restricted in some way by circumstance. A mobile service allows me to bring this relaxing and restorative experience to you in the comfort of your own home.

Additional fees may be included if your location is outside of our service area or is otherwise difficult to reach.

Swedish
Massage

Also known as a “classic massage” Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief. If it’s your first massage session or you don’t get massages often, this is the best type to start.

60 min / $120
90 min / $150

Deep Tissue Massage

Involves applying slow, sustained compression therapy that targets the deep myofascial layers of the body. This helps shear fascial adhesions, and encourages fresh blood to flow into the area as pressure is released.

60 min / $120
90 min / $150

Hot Stone
Massage

Basalt and Jade stones are heated to around 130 degrees F and used with coconut oil to glide over the body and melt away deep muscle tension without a need for deep pressure.

60 min / $130
90 min / $160

Foot
Massage

Feet are often ignored, but they are foundational. We have continuous myo-fascial connections from our toes to our forehead. Relieving tension in our feet can reset the entire chain.

15 min / $30
30 min / $60

Facial
Massage

The face is often ignored, yet we use it constantly to eat, speak, yawn… This massage includes neck and shoulders. Helpful in easing tension from issues such as TMJD, Migrains, Sinus Congestion
